Every process server, paralegal, and staff member at Zealous Legal Services is required to understand, embrace, and uphold these principles without exception. These standards protect our clients, the courts, and the individuals we serve.

We conduct every assignment with complete honesty. We never falsify affidavits, misrepresent service attempts, or fabricate proof of service. Our word — and our sworn documents — are unimpeachable.

Respect for All Parties

We treat every individual we encounter — regardless of their role in a legal matter — with dignity and respect. We do not intimidate, harass, or demean. We serve documents professionally and courteously at all times.

Strict Confidentiality

Client information, case details, and the identities of parties involved are held in the strictest confidence. We never disclose sensitive information to unauthorized parties and maintain secure records management practices.

Compliance with the Law

We operate in full compliance with Arizona statutes, court rules, and all applicable federal and state regulations governing process serving and legal document services. We stay current with legislative changes and court rule updates.

Accuracy and Diligence

We verify all information before executing service. We document every attempt meticulously, provide accurate timestamps and location data, and deliver proof of service that withstands legal scrutiny.

Accountability

We take full responsibility for our work. When errors occur, we address them immediately and transparently. We never deflect blame or make excuses — we solve problems and make things right for our clients.

Continuous Professional Development

Enforcement & Accountability

Violations of this Code of Conduct are taken seriously at every level of our organization. Any team member found to have breached these standards is subject to immediate review, remediation, and where warranted, termination of employment. We encourage clients and colleagues to report concerns directly to leadership.
